Returning to Indiana in 1952, Paul was an accountant for P.R. Mallory, first in Frankfort, then transferring to the Indianapolis offices, in 1954 until retiring in 1977. During the time with IMEA, Paul served on several national association committees, allowing Paul and Elnora to travel a lot.

Paul was a member of the Scottish Rite, Carmel Clay Historical Society as well as being a charter member of the Carmel Dads’ Club. Paul was awarded the Sagamore of the Wabash in 2003 by Governor Frank O’Bannon.
Spending time with family was Paul’s greatest joy in life. He especially enjoyed watching his grandson coach summer basketball. Paul was proud of his son, John’s 25 year association with the Indianapolis Colts and the Colts Radio Network. Of course, Paul was an avid fan of Colts Football.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brother, John J. Osler.
